I just tried Path of Exile open beta, another online game. The delay is extremely frustrating (ie. swapping gear from inventory take a sec or 2, looting chest takes similar time before items appear, etc). I also get dc every few minutes which is unplayable.
If Diablo 3 is similar, then it's basically unacceptable. I hope this is due to beta server problem and not my connection (based on TMNUT Streamyx 1MB)

get dc randomly is normal in PoE. Its beta. but the delay? i got too but not too bad. still playable. nah i dont think so D3 will be that bad.

if you want i can stream for you a beta experience. i do experience lag, though more often than not its just my 5 year old pc barely coping with D3 and live-streaming at the same time

That's reassuring. Anyway, I think it's more of the server problem. I played again our morning when the ang mo are mostly sleeping. No dc anymore despite lag still there.

i just played..not much lag even when i'm dling stuff with IDM.

ATVI (Blizzard) next 'codenamed project Titan' might even be a hybrid or Real Money in-game heavy, without subscription fees based in the Free Model. Too early to guess what their mathematical scenarios will keep morphing into.

Guys! Read his post again. T shirt freebies is from the local set which is rm21x while the sg set (rm160) does not comes with any freebies.
