You can consider 250cc 2 stroke as a weekend bike if you got extra money, but pray nothing is going wrong when u purchase one. Because the part is very expensive. And maintenance is high too.. Since is a old bike you have to use good full synthetic 2T to protect it just to safe you from high cost break down in future.

the reservoir is always full, but the coolant just wont go inside radiator + engine. that's why the pomen said need to change also water pump seal (just check manual, not oil seal) and impeller (fan-like shape).

If not wrong...the spare tank are always fulll...The coolant in the radiator will always full and won't dry...Exp ur engine overheat...Last time i tot my radiator r drying and i try open and it's full until muntah...=.=

Per price sometimes subjective, u give the no at bearing shop and try ask how much?

Go google search for the info u need....

Every single application has it own reason, need to find out...

Is not wat kind of bearing, is why this type of bearing is use....

It can be anything, as long as low cost, efficient and etc...

Spare is always full, when there is problem with the radiator system, the spare will be suck in to radiator bcos temperature rise in radiator cos pressure rise, spare will gone....

the spare can be there for many years, if radiator system problem.....

normally a bit lost is normal.....

when change water seal and pump, is the pomen sure they are leaking? sometimes, they *think* that is the problem, buka engine and just change it and make u pay.Panadol cannot fix all headache.

Here is what you need to do:
open the radiator cap and test the hose to reservoir see if it block? maybe pressure cannot release and force into engine? Is the hose inside reservoir cap still there, and submerged in the reserve coolant?

do u know where the water go to?
engine block? engine head? gearbox? is your EO like milk kena mix with water?

I got asked a shop///they said Rm15 per piece...So total Rm30...I think was bearing got so cheap meh??? Especially engine bearings.

bearing shop, tat bearing can be use anywhere....

as long fits and work fine then ok d.....

u surprise lei, how much bike shop charge for certain things...

as i said bearing cheap no point, the main important is how u fix in or the installation process....

it can be very good bearing but do u know the bearing....

Bearing built for factory can last few hundreds yrs theoretically wit proper care...

Once u drop the bearing, the life span 20 to 30 yrs, then when installation bang bang another 20 or 30 yrs life span gone....

By right installation of bearing kenot have not bang or shock....

U need to kembang the crank case or bearing housing to fit, control hydraulic machine to press the machine....

for eg bearing size for eg is 25mm, the crankcase maybe bigger by 25.025mm oni....

So now u c there a need to change the bearing of the original....

u dont know does x mean dun have....

KL have need to find, certain things u x sure does not dun hav....

they sell bearing as bearing, not as ENGINE bearing, get it.....

bearing just few bucks things, cheat u for wat la....

want 2 cheat also cheat 1 yoshimura la....

imo it should be bearing size : 25mm, crank case 24.95mm, because the process should be heating up crank case, dryice bearing, and put into and it will fit nicely, no need other tooling, working engine will expand due to heat and bearing will still attach to the crank case nicely.
