We not HLY, we cant help you... Why not just send to HLY?? Ask them check the fork. Tell them your problem properly. Complain to us wont give u any solutions. Just complain to HLY. They the one who fix and warranty your bike.

ss dont have such trouble , head es 5 speed my friend also say very lembut and press brake too hard will kena mudgud also

Your bike still new cant simply open fork and service yet. The best way is ask HLY to open the fork and check it. If u luan luan open they later say u make it spoil one. And void warranty. This make your case become worst only. Maybe they top up not enough oil. Or the oil is not pekat enough. This thing all can be fix one no need to worry. But is better to let them check. Give them some work to do.

my fork when braking sure got 'kuk kuk' sound. haha

every place got ..either ok or not only.. less than RM100..
last time i accident, straight away go for fork service.. cheap only

more than standard, bike wit aftermarket CDI, more stress than standard....

u 1 modi modi, best get 2nd bike, u can experience, the fun of changing parts.....

like aaron mention b4 modi2 money can buy sbk in 5 yrs time.....

for me, i already spend almost 12k d which include bike & loan interest + modi2 + locks + alarm +etc n not include maintenance & insurance, road tax

this money can get ktm or can get cbr 250 r d.....

That's why to save cost, open in one shot, and the most important, is bearing related component, that the thing that involved with movement. one shot kasi tukar, save money on the bottom overhaul.. top overhaul no need so much effort..

i agree with u if ur bike like 100k km d or 10 yrs or unexpected engine problem ok la...other than tat better not lo....


the bike parts and workmanship still consider lo, when drive a car, u wish it can last longer than tat.....

i oso dunno much leh lol.. frankly speaking it's just a relation between my mechanical knowlegde and adapt into the situation

IMO, racing component will build smaller than suppose, but the material is differently chose. Racing part focus more into lighten, expand period.. that's why u will see they most likely wear off too fast.

You may use racing part like bearing if you're more into short adrenaline, but for long usage like me, it won't suitable so much.. unless u r kaki short konvoi, then it should be ok..

If send out bike to superbike repair shop ask them to overhaul they still using know or the way u said to insert bearings?

more better than others in term they do not try n error on ur bike, more and better tools use but how good is still not as machine la.....
