last year aug went to their ioi showroom at bandar puteri wanted to take a look at their Sky condo, cheapest pun nak rm860k above, still macam tak nak layan ( i was wearing shortpan with flipflop gua...)

now Tower A open for About RM600 psf?

i would say G.G

why G.G.??? rm 600 psf is about rm 660 k for the smallest unit... quite cheap... wondering whether IOI is reducing the price due to the IOI financial problem recently???

Hi all sifu daigor daijie here. I visited IOI Sales Gallery yesterday. Looking into Block D Type D unit. Anyone of you have the floors mapping of Block D? Any idea of the M&E floor located unit? Please advise. TQ.
*
I don't recall the brochure has mention which floor is the M&E floor. You can go to the gallery again and see the sales chart then you will know which floor is M&E...

By the way, how much for Block D type D unit now? any rebate or freebies?

Hi, it depends. 900k++ is actually the largest unit, which is 1668sf.
There's smaller units too, some are even individual type from 1100sf++.
I think prices from 750k++ onwards after discount.
Another attractive factor to me is the condo is nearly complete.
Once fully completed and ready to move in, the prices would be higher as usual.
Anyway, there're still Block A and B not yet open to public. so, still quite some available units.

The concept, environment, facilities, it is mainly to own stay, will be less investors.  biggrin.gif

I thought almost sold out and never know still got 2 blocks haven't open to public yet... if not yet fully occupied, then the maintenance fee maybe high as residents need to cover those unsell units...

Hi, really?
I thought it would be developer to bear the unsell units maintenance fees.
BTW IOI provide 1 year free maintenance.
It is unreasonable for buyers to bear the unsell units fees.
*
I am not sure, i think only, if not like this, who will bear the maintenance fee for the unsell units?... developer won't bother after they build the project...

Hi, hv jz asked SA.
Unsold units will be paid by developer la.
Buyers still paying 0.30 psf.

BTW, heard Block A is already opened to walk-in.
*
I have also double confirm with the staff last saturday and you are right... by the way, still have one block haven't open yet but not sure increase how much... the glass with blue color looks weird.... I saw the price is RM 942 k +++ or RM 924 k +++, forgot which price for mid floor, 1,334 sf (last block - last block should be block E)... in term of psf, is consider cheap at puchong area especially at puchong jaya...
