To those owners, care to share which panel bank offers the best rate, best flexi plan and maybe discounts on their loan legal fees? Thanks a lot.

Only managed to contact two banks but it seems one can offer much lower legal/disbursement fee (few Ks lower) and slightly lower than their advertised interest rate.
Another one do not have checking facility for the flexi package and can only go up to 60yrs.

So, I thought someone with experience can pinpoint me the current 'overall best' bank to start with.

Apart from loan, my biggest concern is still the slope. It should be OK right since IOI is the developer? Anyone can enlighten me on this?

i applied from 2 banks and the best rate that both could give was BLR-2.45 without MRTA.

Thanks. I think rate is around BLR-2.45 or -2.5 with MRTA

5% is not really a rebate.
It's a scheduled payment (every 6 months) of 1 % after signing S&P.

How much your loan amount? Hong Leong can offer between Blr-2.45 to Blr-2.5%.

Let me know if u interested to apply.

Hmm I thought we only need to pay 5% for downpayment?

5% rebate can help on the loan interest during construction. certainly can't help on the upfront

however, after booking fee of RM10K, balance can be paid in 2 post-dated cheques. if u have IOI card, u get another RM5K discount.
