The sales consider decent dy for first 2 blocks.

Wondering when they open the next block in such timing of market and pricing it since current already selling RM 640-650 psf n Trigon seems slowing down.

I can see the car parks building are up n even low floor units looks very high enough.

This skyz progress quite fast, I can see it everyday I passby. For Puchong area, it is a prime location.

Actually, the works started quite some timw ago.

Can see they still building car parks level and can imagine very very tall enough for the condos.

Low level facing Puchong Jaya probably can oversee come commercial area and the Tong Sui Kai.

Wow...sales is not bad at all (as at yunaleeza post). This part of puchong has the most amenities.

Progress is very fast indeed. Can't help but to take a peek everytime passing by LDP from Sunway to IOI.

Will be a quite a view when finished.

That under construction block is only at 4 or 5th floor high now. imagine when is it completed at 35th floor.

read the news that the Jalan Bukit Jalil next to the skyz is upgrading and will be completed by 2017- to 3 lane and with few uturn. Anyone has the final plan of how this is upgraded? Sure will improve the property value of this one.

Menaiktaraf berlampu isyarat di persimpangan Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 / Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil – Puchong.
Menaiktaraf sistem perparitan.
Penyediaan lampu jalan, perabot jalan dan landskap.

Setelah siap kelak, ianya dijangka akan dapat melicinkan penyuraian lalulintas memandangkan kepesatan pembangunan di kawasan tersebut.

Pengguna jalanraya diminta mematuhi arah papantanda jalan yang disediakan dan berhati-hati di dalam pemanduan sepanjang tempoh pembinaan.

Thanks for the info. Well, better than non. The major jam on that road is there anyhow. Just that we all know, by the time the upgrade is done, the traffic will increase again, and it'll not be sufficient again. rclxub.gif
