Show units at their sales office in the Cube puchong. I went 2 weeks ago. Got two sizes 15xx and 11xx sq ft if I'm not mistaken.

Update: saw their FB posting at paradigm mall. Nice setup.

Thanks ftan! Nice facade, and this project has all the facilities u need and confirmed no blocking of view (located highest area in Puchong). Considered one of the high end condo in Puchong too.

Draw back - 1026 units in total with 2 car parks provided. As there is only one access going in and out at BJ link road, and imagine there 1000 to 2000 cars coming out from Skyz, I foresee it will jam up at the multi-cross junction (where that is the well-known bottle neck in Puchong). However, that only happens after 2018 la. sweat.gif

I just go kpc only. Overall, it is a nice project but the price is definitely future price. Surprisingly, I preferred the smaller layout (11xx sq ft) because the kitchen looks bigger and better located, I think.

I've visited the showrooms yesterday at Bandar puteri sales gallery.

the sales person (guy) not aggressive at all, seems like not greed for sales, perhaps that's their style of doing business.
or maybe though I'm other project SA or agents to spot check their packages. Phew. Pls respect every buyers step in ur sales gallery pls.

Nways kinda like their concept. Really located high ground with no obstructed views totally. Perfect for ownstay with resort style facilities. (30 cents including sink funds is reasonable).
Facade design is modern n sleek.

Floorplan wise, prefer 1550sf only, as others is vertical typical layout living hall at the middle. This one the living and dining hall are well separated. Looks spacious. But the ID really so so, especially the masterbedroom, the allocation of bed with the mirror just weird n wasted alots of Space..

And 1313sf show unit, why the master bathroom is way smaller than the outside Bathroom 2 (shared by bedroom2&3). The size should be bigger for masterbedroom.
n funny thing is the size of Bath 2 of 1313sf is the biggest among other layouts. Haha

Nways if get for ownstay, the price stil reasonable, package wise only 5% rebates. Yawnz.

The unit layout so so only. Many space wasted unnessary. Looks very ordinary. Bedroom small and living hall din look big either. Dining area and kitchen is too big for a 3 bedroom condo. Wrong focus. Access wise not ideal however can be adapt quickly.

Ultimately, height and view is the only unique selling point I will appreciate and consider low dense 50 unit per acre

Out of 5 blocks only 2 block open for sale and achieve 70% sale after few months. It will take year(s) to sell based on the current progress.

Don't be surprise, that's the style of IOI sales person. When I walked in to ask about the Cube (5mil) few years back, their attitude also like not desperate for sales, I ask one question, they give one answer, no promoting at all. Perhaps their ego come from their company. shakehead.gif

As for this Skyz, I can't see why one should buy a million condo with >1000 units, it's gonna be very packed for the facilities and traffic. For this price, there is more choices out there.

You're spot on about the SAs at the Cube. Seems kinda relaxed and the Skyz sales only so so. But to be fair, I get better service from the SAs at IOI Galleria/Resort.

Anyway, it was good to have a look around. But I won't buy for own stay or investment. smile.gif

I was there last weekend. Nobody bother to ask me or come to talk to me. Seems like they thought only ppl with well dress affort to buy their unit . doh.gif haha.. my fault, I should not only come with T-shirt and jeans...

It's kind of IOI punya style but no need to take things negatively.

When I go shopping in supermarket, I prefer nobody by the side and keep talking to me when I am not ready to buy anything.

When I have gathered enough info and start having questions, I can always "summon" them to come forward and start throwing the questions at them.

i do agree with puchonnite...

when i go show gallery..if i show silent no one bother to entertain you didnt mean way of look.

I also wear slipper...if ask corect question; sure some SA do their work priovide the asnwer.

I don't like SA to be too chichizhazha. I've encountered a girl SA from lakeville. Nonstop talking to explain how Green their facilities floor is. Annoying u know?

The second part ...I have to agree with you that they like to put together not so knowledgeable staff as sales person.

Hmmm I am guessing .....

Seems some of their sales staff are moved from other jobs to work as sales person temporarily.
