Looking at the chart, roughly around 50% sold. Consider very good sales result actually. I was expecting 20 or 30% sold only. So many rich man in puchong.

Only managed to contact two banks but it seems one can offer much lower legal/disbursement fee (few Ks lower) and slightly lower than their advertised interest rate.
Another one do not have checking facility for the flexi package and can only go up to 60yrs.

So, I thought someone with experience can pinpoint me the current 'overall best' bank to start with.

Apart from loan, my biggest concern is still the slope. It should be OK right since IOI is the developer? Anyone can enlighten me on this?
