yeah.. and wiggo is gonna go all "lance" on froome  tongue.gif

and sean yates is gonna pull a johan bruyneel and... maybe pull everyone to a new Harolds cycling team (British mah)

bet evans and nibali is just waiting for an internal conflict to happen... and the journo b****es jus loves drama... they are going to play it till there is a crack between wiggo and froome...

it'll be a soap opera from here on...

i admit i am contador biased... it is at the very least not contador interesting la... no blitzing searing tearing everyone's ass up sort of attacks...

lets buy that online and gargle it.. RM18.90 is not "boh boh" soy sauce cheap exactly.. but it must be good for health...

no dead rats in the soy sauce making pits... i guess...

show some faith la... you gotta make the leap (subliminal messaging the SRAM tagline) once in a while...

Added on July 13, 2012, 4:15 pmjust watch the repeat on stage 11... froome only made a big surge around 4.2KM left to go and immediately within a couple hundred meters was told to drop his pace as wiggins lost everyone's wheel... not really like what the journos said of him pulling a coup on wiggins... he actually sat up upon orders... furthermore, i don't think he actually tried to attack his captain... rather, i would say an over effort from his side and overestimating his captains ability at that point...

he did made a charge for the finishing line in the last couple hundred of meters though, leaving wiggins exposed a bit... but he managed to hold on to nibali's wheel... as usual.. the journos are over-exaggerating again..

evans on the other hand looked to be pooped 5K from the finishing line... he was lucky to have tejay pacing him up...not an epic crack... but not the best of form...

don't really think wiggins is in as good a form in the mountains.. froome looks to be on top of him and there are some more mountain stages to go with an entire week ahead...

Added on July 13, 2012, 5:25 pm1 of my idiotic friends mailed me this today out of the blue...

nothing to do with cycling...

dunno why anyone writes this shit... and worst, if anyone actually buys it...

no fake, it is in amazon... should be as real as it is... just not sure if anyone wants to buy it though...

heck, you don't wanna give it to your GF and wife... you'll end up eating your (if not someone else's) man juice during the next meal... hahaha

maybe i should reply him back with the recommended book "How to Eat Stinky *****"...

haha... looks complexed..

last time i jus made those marshmallow rice crispies..super easy to make... jus melt marshmallow with a bit of full cream milk if you want to dillute it a bit...more sugar if you are not afraid of diabetes... and mix rice crispies...

good thing, nice to eat and quite sweet... bad thing.. melts in your jersey pocket and sticks to the bag you put them in.. most probably the eat also makes the rice crispies soggy...

but still not too bad for my taste buds...

the riders can control the internal conflict from deep within themselves... but not their wives and GFs eh... hhahaha

and Millar tried to fan the damn thing with wiggins coming in to cool them down...

cycling is a hierarchy based sport... sometimes, a rider just have to sacrifice their own chances even if their chances are more evident than who they are riding in support for... they don't want their support rider to be leaving them high and dry one day when their chances come to be the team captain...

such as the 2008 tour where sastre won.. he might not have been the best climber with the schlecks in the team and even with frank in yellow... he was given the chance to attack of the front of alpe d'huez while the yellow jersey sat in evans tow.. arguably, riis would have known that evans will better the schlecks in the TT coming up and frank will lose the jersey and he placed his bets on their GC man sastre instead...

same as sastre the years before having to sacrifice himself for basso years before even though he might not seem to be in much support of basso personally..

like Sky.Live says... a budget limit would be an easier way to start... unless $$$ is no issue, else... there are a lot of factors that can complicate your first bike purchase decisions...

the best is, if you have a buddy who cycles... find someone who can generously loan you their bike for a bit.. so, you can figure out what you are looking for... it will be hard to get your first bike right, that i can tell you frankly...

else, look at the baikbike directory and pick up several shops near you.. go and stroll around and check out what suits your budget or fancies your tastes... then come back with several choices so the sifus here can assist you in narrowing down your choices...

http://www.baikbike.com/bicycle-shops/

the bike sites is also a good way to start.. but the lack of pricing information might be a bit harder for you to hit the right bike within your budget....

advise is hard to give at this point since we won't know which type of rider you are..

Added on July 15, 2012, 9:47 pmi wonder if chris dutifully asked her GF to STFU? or was chris asked by yates to shut his GF up

To those that have been criticising my comments from yesterday, I stand by them. I know all the facts, all the details that you don't.

Michelle Cound ‏@michellecound
I know I can be honest to fault, I speak my mind & have my opinions. I won't apologise for that.

Michelle Cound ‏@michellecound
Why was I disappointed? I felt that Chris should have been allowed to secure his place on the podium and gain time over Evans & Nibali

Michelle Cound ‏@michellecound
He had the legs to win yesterday, after Evans had dropped he felt that Wiggins was in a position where he could look after himself...

Added on July 15, 2012, 11:18 pmyikes... evans have 3 punctures in a mountain pass and left stranded on the summit looking for a rear wheel..so did some other GC riders... even wiggins took a bike change... but he graciously waited for evans to get back on... pierre rolland tried to attack the GC group while wiggins has exercised his right as the maillot jaune to tell the group to wait for evans... think he will be making a few enemies today...

still 30+ seconds away 20K from the finish...

after some digging.. seems that she is a "photo kelapa"... in the car, think not.. maybe on the motorbike or something like next to him...

evans shouting into his mic for help...
user posted image

evans wanted his mates rear wheel but totally out of luck.. even his mates wheel got punctured...
user posted image

looking frustrated... reportedly having to wait 2 mins... i saw roughly about a minute on the telly... maybe they had cut it short a bit...
user posted image

even his mate got a bit annoyed... not even mavic neutral service was in sight...
user posted image

wiggins trying to control the GC group...
user posted image

the tack throwers are a bunch of intelligent arses for scattering the tacks so near to the summit... if it was further down slope.. evans could have just continued riding on until his team car or mavic neutral service reaches him...unfortunately, he was on the summit and descending on a flat tire is not what he needs or wants to risk...

bad day for him.. but luckily he managed to get back in the group even though there were only 2 of them chasing...

it was also reported that team boss jim oshcowicz fell into the ditch twice when trying to help the mechanic with the 2nd or 3rd wheel change during the descent...
