I suggest that you to wait response from Cyclone's supplier...
in the future that might be easier to get warranty claim,

I was thinking of getting a topre silent version 10 keyless... but not sure I am up to that yet.
and maybe my typing skill is not so good yet, that I cant feel the differences between cherry mx and a topre switches...
if any mean possible, I would like to try one before buying one.

i'm of the opinion red is closest. Because it's Lineard. Brown switch is tactile meaning there is a bump to indicate you actuated a key, so when you type you can feel when you actuated something or not. For clicky you can know by hearing the clicks.

Actually most RD is consider tactile. Just that it will disintegrate as the RD is worn throughout the usage.

The tactility of brown being felt at quite earlier compared to dome. The linearity of them do feel around the same with RD just b4 they bottom out.
