Thanks bro HxiiiK for your encouragement  biggrin.gif. I was thinking to get a MG first. Would it be too difficult to start with? I thought if i get a lower grade, then later get a higher grade I would have to spend more money  moneyflies.gif. But if you guys think its a bad move to go to MG then I would consider getting a SD HG first  icon_idea.gif ... snapback cool just 2 tools to start with is not so scary thumbup.gif

Another thing. Where do you guys get the kits from normally? I've seen some at the shopping mall.

Well MG will be difficult for you on your first try and took alot of time but HG is a good place to practice or you will regret later, when i restart gunpla hobby i took MG first but now i regret about it because it full of noobness. Also your wallet will burn on this hobby and no turning back since you always want more. tongue.gif

For tools i first started with sandokugen(?) tool set that have cutter, screwdriver, twizzer and file if you want to.

Also don't buy it in shooping mall because those are overprice. laugh.gif Personally i buy mainly online store since in my place there only one shop i can buy gunpla but have to drive about 40 minit to get there and they do have good selection but need to buy when it was in stock first or it will be eternity to restock. sweat.gif

MG is not difficult, it just requires more time and attention compared to a HG kit laugh.gif
you can start out with a MG no problem, of course.. but it would be better to get a hang of it using HGs or SDs first.. so if you damage the kit you won't feel too much of a pinch since MGs are much more expensive laugh.gif
where are you from? if KL, you can check bukit bintang area.. Berjaya Times Square has a shop on the 5th and the 7th floor selling gundam kits.. lowyat also has one on the 1st floor but its a bit more expensive there.. i recommend the 7th floor 'Gamers Arena' in BTS laugh.gif

Ohh okay understood bro nod.gif

Actually i'm from PJ. So nearer places would be the curve, one utama. If I get from shopping mall would it be very more expensive? I'm free tomorrow... hands are itchy already drool.gif

Yeah MG is much more expensive, normally the price around 120-200, over RM250 like the Hin-nu, sinanju, sazabi are normally at this price range. HG was normally RM40-80 but smaller than its MG counterpart barring the super massive X Expensive Dendrobium tongue.gif.

And for just a reference for that set:

i have to say that website seems a bit more expensive for some models.. such as MG Delta Plus can be found at RM165 or lower while the site offers at 178.. not sure about shipping rates or where the location is.. i'm lazy tongue.gif but that's just an example of the prices.. you can check hobby search for the yen rates and convert yourself to see if the price is fair tongue.gif

Yeah it expensive on some model but this was the first site that i buy before found Gwing and Af Hobby which have more stuff and that site if i remember correctly was RM8 for shipping rate. Just minor complain about that site is that for some reason i always receive damaged box package from them but that probably the deliveryman fault tho. hmm.gif
