It happened to me on a few rare occassions in the previous version, current updated one so far so good

im currently using Coderus nightly build "sound_test2", this release have magnifier (finally!) and dictionary.

But what's missing is Cepi's features like "Highlight New Contact" and fetching group subject on his last release.

And..Cepi will be no longer helping to develop Wazapp, seems now all communication will be fall onto Coderus.

New owner here. Just bought an sealed Nokia N9 (Cyan) from a LYN trader.

Apparently official Nokia stores aren't allowed to sell it anymore, so I had to go through Garage sales.

I went to a few Nokia-branded stores in KL, they all told me it's been discontinued. Some of them still have old stock, but not allowed to sell with warranty I think.

yup, already confirm they dun sell any N9 in Nokia store. Now the retail store is full with fail window phone 7, some asha series and 808 ...

so sad nokia N9 so good don't tell me its not worth to be sold in Nokia Store, damn Nokia although i admit WP8 is good (Lumia 920 looks interesting ) but Nokia N9 does not deserve this treatment was kinda pissed when Nokia release the Here app for iOS & Android, come one man, can u spend some time with meego and update Nokia N9 maps & drive to same as WP oso? >:D

I'm trying Wazapp now (Wazapp 0.9.13 N9 beta). Having problems syncing all my contacts. Seems like only part of my contacts were synced.

make sure your internet is all okay. and try to reboot ur phone after install wazapp. i got problem on sync contaact on restricted wifi access.

Rebooted a few times. Tried on both WiFi and 3G. Although when I asked one of my contacts who did not appear on my contact list to try sending me a message through WhatsApp, I managed to get it.

can u try to add +60 at ur affected contact ?

Doesn't work. But if I re-register on my iPhone, all my contacts appear on the iPhone.

Where does WhatsApp get the contacts from? The N9 Contacts app? I'm not sure if this is related but all my Contacts were imported from Google Mail for Exchange accounts.

Yes, from your phonebook. Check and see if you have all your contacts in your N9.

Okay I think I may have found a fix. I noticed that the contacts that could not be synced had spaces (' ') or braces ('(') or other funny symbols.

Then I tried
1) Editing the phone number to remove all funny characters except the plus (+) at contacts.google.com
2) Re-synced my Google Exchange account to update the Contacts.
3) Re-sync my WazApp account.

After that they appeared.

With sailfish we probably won't need nitdroid anymore Best of both worlds? Simplicity of Meego/Sailfish and the apps from Android.

from what i read at twitter yeah it about same as u said..apps frm android world can be use with sailfish OS directly
