do you meant valuation by company like Henry Butcher ?
Or valuation by bank (during loan pre-approval). ?

Keanne, im suprised with the valuation as high as 360k.
I was informed earlier (August) that the value for
-basic unit
-facing puteri hill
-mid floor

only at 335k

You can also consider Hijauan Puteri Condominium as well. Just VP not long ago, total 280 units (915sqft), covered carpark, bigger pool, 6th floor and above comes with 2 carpark.

Rm450 psf make up to be 405k an unit. This figure is too conservative. I asked local bank few months back. 450k is not a problem.
