Hi, i found a apartment thats quite nice in Bandar Puteri Puchong, will price around rm200-300K++.
But my concern is that is it alot of foreigners or 'negros' in this apt?

anyone here stay in these apt, can you please help me to answer this. I really like tat place, but just the concern of these make me hold back.

i stay there since 2007.

last time used to hv 2 african families but they moved out many months ago. since then, no more african.

i can say the environment is good and the upkeep so far so good.

it's quiet in the nite and breezy...

better get unit facing that balcony facing east coz facing west u will be facing the evening sun start 1-2pm

mostly chinese young families here...

Nowadays 'condos' sure looks like flats. RM200,000+ flats

It's an apartment with condo facilities (according to the brochure)

Apartment with condo facilities = a flat that charges maintenance like a condo. Clever words but reality bites

It's near to a cemetery, but if you don't believe in feng shui stuff, then it looks like a nice to stay, my 2 cents. ( I don't live there, but pass by often since I work around Puchong )

YA i notice that too, but the unit i interested is not facing it, is facing the hill where those semi-D are. thanks for reminding anyway.

For puteri 11, if you have a nice view and can afford and you like it, then just go ahead. coz the new one which is inside puteri 10 also selling more than 300k.

btw next time, when the town house and new high end condo ready, you are then next to rich area..
the townhouse (above 1.4M for smaller units0 and high end condo (all are above RM700k) will be build at the other side of the empty land.

Dun butthurt. Go earn more money n u can afford everything

Oh... Hijauan... It's an apartment not condo. Anyway it's surrounding beside those low cost flats.. it not as nice as Puteri bayu.

At first, IOI advertise it as Apartment. But then, they changed to Condominium.

Yup. They changed to Condo to justify the high asking price starting from RM328/ft2.
However their brochure still stated as apartment

their newer brochure states condo..
no big improvemnt also... just the price tag higher..
