do you meant valuation by company like Henry Butcher ? Or valuation by bank (during loan pre-approval). ? |

Keanne, im suprised with the valuation as high as 360k.
I was informed earlier (August) that the value for -basic unit -facing puteri hill -mid floor only at 335k |
