Happens to many of us when it comes to CityLink. They are the WORST courier company ever.

And one more thing to warn you about - if you are not there to answer their call - sorryla. No redelivery. And even if you do manage to get a redelivery - waitla a few more days.

use PosLaju better so far my parcels/documents all safely received and self-collect until I call my local state PosLaju centre when she heard my voice already known who I am already kakaka

last week, send item from tasik selatan to pj pos laju Friday sent... next Thursday onli received (1week time woo hehe)... coz public holiday.. "maulidur rasul + thaipusam"

they suck . !! simple like that change to Gdex .

deliver during CNY . call me go to pickup myself say them are busy because of CNY

or else deliver after CNY > i like wtf . i complaint till thier manager lvl . then only they deliver to me next day .

Not only that.

I don't know why, my disatisfaction with city link only starts since this year january. First shipment arrive 7 days after sending. from same origin and arrival destinations.

My parcel arrived in my state here (Malacca) on last Saturday, according to their online system. However they did not send it to me today.

Recently, it improved back to normal for me.

they are the worst courier i've ever used ... even pos malaysia e-parcel is better than them ...

Waited 4 days for the package which never arrived so I called them up yesterday and they said definitely will deliver tomorrow. Today is the 5th day and the package still haven't arrived so I called again and they said their driver(seems they have only 1 driver working the PJ area) didn't turn up for work but definitely will deliver by tomorrow. The worst courier service you will ever encounter.

Last month they delivered a package to me 8 days after it was sent out and I am talking about same area ie the Klang Valley for sending and delivering.

You will definitely regret if you use Citylink Express.

It is really the worst courier company, the packet reach my town (Melaka) on tuesday, but till now i havent receive it. I called them, then they say "Oh... your address not complete wor... i cant ship wor..." It is just like WTH! then you cant call me is it?! then you cant call the sender is it?! just let my stuff berkarat there it is?! Then after nego, they promise to send me tomorrow, then i ask them to send after 10 cause i might not be home. then she reply:"If the delivery boy reach after 10 then you are lucky lo..." I am like ...WTH x 1000! This type of customer service a? Go gulung tikar la.

From 18 oct.. till today.. they giv me an unacceptable reason lo.. "our driver sending area by area.. monday not in time, so we send today."
Today le? I called 3 times and ask them to prioritize my package but in the end they failed to send. 2moro might holiday or even balik kampung... haiz.. dam angry..

This is really farktap, I also got a small parcel from Puchong, dafuq from 23rd until today i still haven't get my thing yet.

Pos laju is way better than this shit

Really the worst i guess. Even skynet took only 3 days delays for my area. The seller send the parcel to me last friday and hurm what day is now? Is almost saturday? Yes it is!

Maybe they give me reason they have holiday but hey, pos laju also got the holiday. Why they can deliver it faster and better?

Please do your work citylink. Or you gulung tikar or bungkus nasi lemak.

me most using pos laju for postage.. its quiet abit late by other premium service but its better and easy to contact .. but so far all send today.. tommorow afternoon their received package... cheap and fast ..

I guess its shah alam area which have problems.. coz i bought an item.. from johor.. and since i have a good record with citylink.. ask him to post via city link also.. he posted on thursday morning.. should arrive by friday then i call them.. say delivery guy is on the way... roughly before 6 arrive.. before 6 my a$$... til saturday still no deliver.. now wait on monday .. if still nothing.. i will call them.. ask to leave my parcel at office.. i go fetch myself.. i hope they dont steal or damage my parcel.. its a damn expensive gadget inside.. #@&^@$#% citylink

The citylink service at Kuching, Sarawak here also suck! Item posted from KL on Wed, Thur reached their Kuching office, but until next Tues still haven't receive. I called them, then only they go search for my parcel and deliver to me. If I didnt call, think my parcel will forever stuck at their office. What the.... @#$%^%!

Tracked the item and it was stated that the item is in Shah Alam since 29th January.
Their daily status is "With Courier... xxxxxx/SHAH ALAM"

When called to check, they said will check with the International unit and to return my call. DREAM ON!
They never call. And they finishes work at 5.45PM!
Customer Service is supposed to be 24hrs.. so lousy!

Please avoid Citylink at all. Rather pay abit more for a quality service. Citylink should tutup kedai.

My Goodness! After reading all the posts here only know that I'm not alone. They are slow like tortoise! They keep on sending my parcel from Cheras outlet to Shah Alam outlet for 3 consecutive days according to the tracking activities. Sent them an email for enquiries, but no solution or updates are given to me at the end of the day. Sigh.....

They are terrible, my seller sent out parcel on 28th, and today is 30th and I have yet to receive the parcel so I decided to call, they told me parcel is already on delivery and i were to get it today. Around 630pm, i decided to call and ask again and guess what they told me, the driver already went home and if I want the item fast I have to go to Shah Alam to collect it.

Seriously... and the sender is also sending within klang valley.

Worst courier ever.

pls avoid citylink courrier!!!!!!! my package still not deliver after almost 2 weeks (shah alam -> kuantan).. call center not professional at all and citylink kuantan despatch guy sh*t.. even i can get & contact him (kuantan despatch guy after a week), give the info he needed at the first place but after days, package still not delivered.. when i ask why, he give stupid reasons.. then he send a very rude sms.. WTF %^&**)*(&*^&%..

Im one of the seller and seldom use City Link. City link is SHIT. People there not doing work!!

Go to hunting the Kajang branch, keep calling and waiting more than 6 minutes and get only shit after the people said wait, then they disconnect the line.

Also, when you call them back, then pick up and disconnect. Really shit. We located in Kuala Lumpur, i wish if we can see them in Kajang, go their office and smash their head in no minutes. GO BUNGKUS!

My god... Yours 9 days still not arrived. Mine is now 2 days and my item at the same centre as yours - Shah Alam. Called them, they said they need to clear all the pending items first. Meaning that, your item need to go first and mine still in the queue long at the back.

Asked if I can go collect myself, this is the best reply I got "Even if you go and collect, we might not be able to find your parcel as they are too much". I was like, WTF! Wait will be too long, want to collect myself also cannot??! Really screwing customers their service. Gave feedback to change courier, if not, won't deal anything anymore. The seller also impacted.

I have a very bad and unpleasant experience with this courier service. I have been calling to customer service almost everyday to ask when parcel going to arrive and they just giving fake promises it will be delivered on the same week. Weeks has passed and the parcel still not yet arrive, I have to make a complaint to them. They have assigned a person in charge to look on my case, and he have arrange the parcel to be sent on last Saturday, again giving fake promises I can't tolerate anymore of endless waiting that i have to call my sender to go their branch to cancel and call back the parcel. In the end, I have to meet up with my sender to receive my goods The customer service claimed that they have just shifted to a new branch at Saujana Putra, operation are messed up as they have to deliver and clear thousands of parcel, lame excuses!

Total waiting time to send a parcel from Selangor to Selangor area : 18 days (this is cancel delivery and call back parcel!)
You can see my tracking is very long, they have been moving out my parcel and fetch back to branch everytime and because of courier attempt so many times, moving in and out from branch, my parcel box have minor damage

i called many times and even went to their nearest branch, still can't got my parcel...when i call they just give fake promise said that it will send it by that day...

their new center caused a lot of problems. the tracking system also doesn't make sense, keep going around Shah Alam. WTH is that!

They use contractors to send their item anyway. The things that I noticed:
* "With Courier" means that the item at their center or with the contractor
* Depart to SHAH ALAM I think it means that their courier trying to deliver

Of all the things, their service really sucks!

Poslaju more efficient!!

I bought HUAWEI HONOR 3C from VMALL. Unfortunately they used the service of Citylink. They should've used other courier company because Citylink do not use their own delivery personnel but instead use contractor service. In their tracking site they kept update PREMISE CLOSED. FCUK! My family was in the house for the full 2 days but yet they failed to deliver. I wonder will the delivery damage my consignment or not. I am sick of them, if DHL OR GDEx maybe already arrived. I will never use CITYLINK now or future unless the place is really no other courier co will go. they SUCKS!

FCUK la...takkan we have to chase them every day with own own phone call ? No make sense right ?

The worst courier EVER!!!!

Arranged for a re-delivery on Saturday before noon. Guess what, they called me on Saturday morning saying that they can't deliver the item on that day because their drivers are reluctant to do so.

What the f*&k! "Saya dah buat kerja saya, ni salah orang bawah yang tak nak hantar" What kind of excuse is this? Your drivers are your bosses is it?

Parcel sent out from KL on the 16th, on 19th noon, not any of my package arrive.
How difficult is to get my parcel from KL? Other courier company can deliver right to your doorstep just the next business day!

Customer service said it's out for delivery, parcel will be delivered by 6PM.
Waited the whole day, NOTHING came in! Not even a call.

City-Link Express should just remove the "Express". There is NO express at all and it's a SHAME to their courier business.

AVOID CITYLINK AT ALL COST
Make a point to the seller, it's a headache to buy from them if they send by City-Link.

my friend send me a parcel using city link. However, after about 8 days of waiting, the parcel never reach my home. So i use the online tracking service, and the status showed "parcel delivered"!!!

I called the city link customer service, the lady checked for about 10minutes, then told me "our rider wrongly sent your parcel,sorry. " what the xxxx???!!!

they promised me to collect back my parcel from the address and resend to me that night. However, i wait and wait they never showed up, or call me.

This morning i call them again, a different lady answered and act like nothing happen at all. As if they never recorded my request yesterday, so i had to tell them everything again. Still, she promise to ask the rider go collect and send to me this evening. Again.... xxxx... Haiz....

My advice is... Dont ever ever use this cxxx link...
