Yeah. the SNR Margin is quite low lately, I think since last week. Mine currently around 8.5, been disconnected every hour.
Last time was around 20+, can last few days without dc.

lol, in my office the SNR margin is around 5.5 to 5.7....Line Attenuation: 60 to 63.9 ...but thank god it is still ok, not that it disconnect every time...just once in 2 or 3 weeks........

Ignore the 2048, it's 1024 anyway. I'm about 3km from the DSLAM and my area is actually a kampung. So i guess that's why the signal is pretty good.

They didn't said they will open a report or make appointment to troubleshoot the line.. So am i missing something? Shouldn't they make appointment with me to check my phone line problem? |
