Hahaha same here, my intention is food and shopping but my other half is shopping and sightseeing.

So far i use this openrice app and website. Also some recommendation from northasian from her foodblog.

Basically,

1. BBQ pork/Charsiew = Joy Hing Roasted Meat, Wan chai

2. Wantan mee = Mak's Noodle Central branch

3. Roasted Goose = Yung Kee Central

4. Polo Bun = Kam Wah Cafe. Prince Edward

5. Cha Chan Teng = Mido Cafe YMT, Australia Dairy Co, Jordan.

6. Dessert = Auntie Sweet and Honeymoon

7. Snacks = Fei Jie's Giant Octopus. Mongkok

8. Rice = 4 Season Claypot Rice, YMT

9. Dimsum = Lin Heung Tea House

Still planning whether to go Stanley to eat or not lol.. Might check and see if got those HK style Hot pot and soya bean sticky rice, yau char kwai and cheong fun!!!!!! hhahahaa. still searching..

that's the part i don't like about hong kong, everything is so rush.

being rushed to order, being rush to eat, being rush to finish and stand up and pay

i noticed this happened in MOST places, but then it's another different story in their dim sum restaurants (beside tim hou wan of course)

i wanna try lin heung instead of tim ho wan. Limited mornings le.. dont feel like having 2 dim sums.. try one will do.

i worked with one hongkie b4, they might be sometimes rude but very efficient. They are friendly just sometimes like rude and uneducated like that.
