The jam here from SKVE is SO DAM BAD! the speed is around 1-3km per hour..

N'dira townshouse looks good and the price is reasonable compare to Highrise.
How is the appreciation rate in future? the MRT station shall be just 800m away based on the map. However, the land opposite N''dira is reserved for Condo. |
