Passed by recently and saw la thea facade looks like IOI skypod, very boring and lousy facade, why can't just do it better?
I looks good this area in mid long term but not short term as the price already beyond the market capability

yes.... I also confused.. website stated from gross BU 4221 sqft...
previously stated 3715 sqft.. maybe is nett BU

was there last weekend. The showhouse if i not wrong is a replica of a corner/end lot.

design was quite nice with 2 master bedroom. however, i visited the site > not sure if it is guarded and gated though.

Although prop market is soft now & ppl holding back their purchases, the landed prop's prices did not really go down. Lets wait for developers to give good freebies now! thumbup.gif

only the promotion they always do is EZY payment scheme...

Or...

Can engage me for referral fees if anyone want to boom IOi project...
