RM0.12 maintenance fees per sqft for NDira Townhouse..

Work out at least RM300 per month for upper unit

consider exp as no other facilities except guardhouse and Garden...

Strata title...

In fact it is 3 storey house divide by 2 ..

The house din not increase another 30k
But the promotion rebate reduced to 3% already

Im not sure the traffic condition there during the hour that you mentioned but i saw a lot of cars use SKVE go up to 16 Sierra and make illegal U-turn to go Equine Park..

Because my current house in alam damai and I work nearby KLIA..

Hence I always use the road that I mentioned back to my house...

But from KLIA I will use Putrajaya bypass to ioi city mall - Mines (Silk) - Bukit Belimbing - Alam Damai ( Toll Free) and traffic still acceptable during peak hour.. Faster than KL back to Alam Damai...

But like you said I haven't experience the traffic from 16 Sierra go out during peak hour..

Hopefully after 3 years ( MEX complete) will ease the traffic..
