QUOTE(netcrawler @ Aug 11 2012, 12:26 PM) Do you have a map showing how the road will be built? Some said will connect to Jalan Cemara but some said otherwise. If COG is seriously want to attract the visitors to their permit, why they don't just build the road connect deeper inside? Afterall, it's just couple meters always unless it's land acquisition issue or affordability to developer. Yes i do have the map but its just a sketch up. Will take pictures from the site (Villa pavilion) and posted here asap. The reason the developer is not going to do a road access for Sanderson and deeper residence inside is because 1) too many traffic will jammed up the mall and the residence just to "shortcut" out of the inner bukit serdang way. Hence its not good for the residence who is buying that unit. 2) The developer is proposing to TPM for a direct road access to TPM ONLY for its residence (students, working adults of TPM) to use that way to access it. Anyway i will reconfirm all this with the developer again. Stay tune for more infoThis post has been edited by thur_fong: Aug 11 2012, 01:10 PM

I agree its not the best road access road at the factory area there but its not that narrow as you sound. Its a 2 way lane with parking at both sides. And yes i agree again with TPM wont simply agreed with connects thier condo with TPM. As i said its still proposing but anything is possible. They have managed to open up a pedestrian and motorway from the site to TPM. Only left the agreement for car access. Once again i'm saying all this with respect as each and everyone have their own perception on road access. For those who are really interested please go there and have a look. Its the basic groundwork that should be done at the very beginning. Cheers ^^

But as i said its going to expand to a 4 lane road (66ft width). =) and there will be no more parking at the road side

I found it strange that if the road was not connect to inner part of VP. The connection would enable the COG to capture the visitors from that area. The more traffic, the more happening for the area

Thats why i stated will double confirm this with developer. lolx Added on August 11, 2012, 9:19 pmQUOTE(netcrawler @ Aug 11 2012, 06:11 PM) I found it strange that if the road was not connect to inner part of VP. More traffic means will make there is mall more popular but not good place to stay at especially you having so many cars in and out at the backyard just to access to the mall or out of the area. I reckon people who buying in this project would have expected the traffics otherwise they would find else where with pure residential unit without commercial activities. I doubt residence will visit those little mall as it is not convinient at all. New shops already available next year. Think twice if the developer has no idea about the access road, and this has show how a brainless developer they are, I will avoid such developer if I can. Hehe..

If COG is aiming to be a localized shopping mall, catchment of nearby residents is important.. student population is huge in vista impian..

Another failure of mall in the making.... Damn... It would spoil the surroundings there as well.... I hope authority should not allow such development as if it turn out ugly... It actually brings a lot of bad impact to the residence there... Now really scare it would be a abondan project in the future...

Getting Started

|
hi thur_fong, just curious. There is a huge Satelite dish sitting inside TPM and correct my bearings if i am wrong but this dish sits pretty close to COG on the right hand side of the hill? If this is so, together with the telco tower nearby as well, how will these structures affect residence staying in COG and Villa Pavilion?

Heard they had a kind of invitation to preview this project. Sales office is located somewhere near to Parklane OUG. Wonder anyone went there?
