1st : Villa Park , Sanderson , just 50M away from COG , pricing is around RM250-350 psft while COG is RM500+ psft .
2nd : There's no direct access road from Bukit Jalil - Sg besi highway to COG
3rd : The promises tenant seems fishy , eg : Mcdonald , Kfc , Old town , Tifanny & Co .
4th : Not sure either TPM is connected with COG , there are still proposing . If propose fail , TPM student don't have direct access to COG .
5th : Agent is still agent , they will tell you 80% or 90% sold out to make you drop decision faster .but the fact they doesn't .
6th : Developer black listed record . COG is under New company developer .
7th : Address is under Bukit Serdang , but project claim as under Bukit Jalil . One is KL , One is Selangor .

Yeah , since now the TPM main entrance have security gate there, i believe even the 'new entrance' have approve , there's still will have a security electric fence later there ,
Outsider or public can't even got chance to enter the so-call COG shopping centre . So what for the build Cinema inside ? Cinema for only TPM students ?

yeah , that's true . TPM won't simply just open a access from car park TPM to COG .

not yet started , but agent claim there's 80% unit sold .

The fishy thingy started from Mcdonald , KFC tenant .

As what i know , Mcdonald only entertain those big shopping mall like KLCC , Midvalley .
They now expand MCD branches by only build their own building beside petrol station since year 2009 .

there's no divider / fence surround the project site , even a proper project developer board also doesn't exist.
i went there middle month of april , agent told me official launch on early of May .

i do check their website last time http://www.cityofgreens.com.my/ , still can see a proper mainpage which is still under maintenance (COG logo & 1page only)

but now it's 403 Forbidden and still, don't have any official website 'Yet'
