If you wanna move from pc, download "droid explorer"

Of copy to sdcard, then use any phone file explorer that support root to move it to the folder

but when open on file expert the file is not there.
open in file explorer can see file but the system folder is not there doh.gif

Maybe those explorers don't support root exploring. Maybe try what antt said
