Hi guys. Got some question regarding laporan kemajuan for myphd.

The laporan require us to send the form together with 'plan of study' and laporan for semester 1. Is that plan same as ghantt chart? And what if I don't send the laporan for sem 1 as I sent to them during sem 1 and forget to save a back up copy.

And the surat pengesahan for proposal, I already send to them during sem 1. Do I still need to send them every sem?

Since no more extension for myphd starting from 2016, I wonder anything should I do if I did not manage to finish my study on time? Do I need to send any letter to mybrain stating that I'm extending my study along with the usual laporan kemajuan each semester?

Recently they are so particular about all this informing letter thing like you have to report to them once u start working and etc. So just to double confirm. Hehe Thanks.
