Hi, any view on the 1k from pb realty? Any1 here bought?
It looks nice for me, new style, although pricing abit high compare to other bungalow lot in Melaka at the moment.

basically is 50x90 and 50x80, pricing from 600k onwards. house design was like piramid where 2nd floor is actually smaller than ground floor

Krubong Perdana is very ulu ulu kampong 5-6km NORTH and FAR away from Pay Fong 1 school.

Krubong Jaya is very near INDUSTRIAL Area with company like Vishay Semiconductors, very near lebuhraya AMJ traffic junction.  Do u want/like to live in an industrial area and near dump rubbish area?

1K Residence Krubong= big project with 943 units  is a 400-500 meters(3-4 mins driving) northwest from

Yup, i went their 1st launch, the sa told me 550k summore is price after discount. i straight 
But cannot deny the environment there is nice.
How much is the maintenance fee? Should be not cheap 

i bought at belimbing setia my fren at air salak, new industri will locate there..

How about Taman Bukit Katil Damai phase 7, the semi d..but is leasehold. Planning to buy for own stay..

I went there before to have a look at phase 3. only bumi lot left.
maybe all the normal lot is finish.
double storey at 1K krubong is selling at rm330k, freehold.
i going tomorrow to have a look at show unit!

1K Krubong bungalow houses build up is very small.
Looks very impressive from outside but inside is quite cramp.
1 sofa, 1 coffee table, 1 tv table, the hall already full....
If wanna add 1 more piano, then cannot walk already

So any of you know whether the taman paya rumput perdana is rentable and what is the actual rent? I see in mudah, asking price is around 1.5k for 1.5sty. Got demand or not?

Since I'm not that familiar to Malacca, I'm seeking your valuable inputs in regard to purchasing property there. If I were to buy a unit of bungalow/semi-d, which location between Durian Tunggal (Nuri, Belimbing Setia) and Taman Paya Rumput should I consider and why? Investment wise, which one is better?
