QUOTE(Salience @ Feb 2 2012, 01:26 AM) i already have a civic at home which is my mum's car. mind i suggest navara?if u are into pick up(i bet u not though, but i'm recent convert from small sedan to this pick-up)a ford focus, yes no doubt it has good handling, it's an ugly car sure look bossy driving it,current offering has 174hp and 400nm of torque but upcoming 190hp version and 450nm of torque from the mid life facelift version surely give u enough spirited drive not that hard on fuel either, being common rail intercooler turbo diesel, and ppl in their little car or mat rempit won't even dare to kacau you, move out of their lane quickly |

QUOTE(masz94 @ Feb 2 2012, 01:33 AM) Me said "EASILY" reach 160... Of coz it will go faster... Yes u said easily hit 160kmph but 160 is like nothing nowadays. Even Myvi can reach that speed without much effort. Dunno why u used 160kmph as a comparison.Me no dare drive faster coz that's my friend car.. My father's Accord.. I often go up to 200++ la.... |

Since you already have a comfortable city to runabout, for me, I'd opt for a good condition used MR-S or an RX-8.

Fiesta and focus offers good handling, but then in terms of acceleration, is not a major upgrade from ur city. They're good when it comes to corners, but straight line acceleration, not so. How about peugeot 308 turbo? Just need to topup a bit. It feels great when the turbo kicks in, plus u can hear the wastegate making the "shiu shiu" sound when changing gears.

pickup truck power sure big..... but it is super dangerous if u drive it fast with the back empty..... the weight distribution may cause the car to be out of control if drove too fast.

The number of second hand Pug 308 waiting to find a buyer is pretty alarming though.
but put it in a good way, there are lots to choose from if one doesn't mind a second hand unit. Price is good too. This post has been edited by V12Kompressor: Feb 2 2012, 10:09 AM |

QUOTE(Salience @ Feb 1 2012, 12:36 AM) a beemer is purchasable but its old and not too fond of the maintenance costs. I suggest 308t for you. Turbo is the in thing nowadaysI don't need a 2.5cc. even a 2.0 is enough. 100k is a budget because I am planning to buy property. so a budge tis to make sure i don't over gear. good handling = p1 car? PROTON??????????????????? turbocharged, what have u heard personally from owners of 308thp fiesta out of the question guys. it's too small for me after this car, my next car would be like the 2 door bmw e90 or e92 can't remember i'll be buying my next car around 5 years from my new car if i get it by this year. so i'm choosing delicately. Even the 325i feels slow for me since im used to turbo+dsg It would be nice if you can top up for polo gti. Very fast although 1.4L |
