the armaya 2 project has total approx. 240 units, the agent told me he estimate there is 60-70% are investor which only 20-30% are buying for own stay..... the time to get this whole 240 units occupy is minimum 2-3 years....

my akasia tenant said some unit houses got broken. if not wrong around 3.

Those of you who has sold house before, what is the service provided by an agent? Just to look buyer for us and collect 2% and then disappear? I was thinking to go thru agents or not. If sell RM750k pay them RM15k just to get buyer? Others transaction after that should be performed by lawyer rite?

I haven't take the key yet..... stupid maybank keep on delaying payment.... was told cheque courier to old address of developer....
just stupid....

anyway, is the Armaya 2 comes with auto gate or without auto gate ? to those taken the keys , advise please ?
