Any agents here? I wanna sell my Armaya 2 when it's ready. What's the market price now?

So many agents calling me everyday regarding armaya 2....

I told them I'll consider selling if the price reaches RM850k-900k. Else I'll just put there wait for it to appreciate more. RM750k is too low for me.

so is armaya 2 sub-sale selling like hot cake? but we still have unsold unit of armaya 1 wo.  which is cheaper.

that ms gan, previously developer sales staff can find good price buyer.

ambang botanic have many units waitng for selling.  i can see only 20% poeple move in and agent said very bad subsales market.

anyone facing the same?

Aiya, I have no cashflow issue, just put there only lo until price reach 850k, who cares it takes another 1 or 2 yrs. monthly instalment also not much wat, 2.5k only.

Armaya 2 comes with solar system with copper piping for the whole house? Armaya 1 don't have rite? I also didn't know that. tongue.gif

Those of you who has sold house before, what is the service provided by an agent? Just to look buyer for us and collect 2% and then disappear? I was thinking to go thru agents or not. If sell RM750k pay them RM15k just to get buyer? Others transaction after that should be performed by lawyer rite?

I bet those 700k posting is created by agents to strike panic into those who cannot afford to hold their property. Now just handover of course there are tons to choose from.... that's why u see people selling around 750k to 780k

Once this batch of 'firesale' is over and left those really elite people that manage to hold on.... price sure shoot up to 900k. I've witness this countless times in setia alam houses. smile.gif
