easy.. but depend on which rom u choose
i'm using ICSSGS.. but so far, all ICS user here even with different ROM satisfied with the battery life.. my phone can last for 20h+ everyday with Data Packet enable..

not really sure.. but that is how i did..

not yet 2 days la.. hehe.. but so far so good.. the performance still same i guess.. same smooth as before since the update is only little fix here n there.. but better than 0.9.0..

yup fine.. but make sure u got another launcher la.. if both u uninstall.. mati la.. err dunno la what happen.. never try that yet.. haha..

but for me, let say if stock rom.. im usually use Titanium Backup to freeze the stock launcher instead of uninstall it..

the firmware version still the same.. if u r using 2.3.3, after factory reset also will be 2.3.3.. if u r using custom rom, after factory reset still will be the same as ur custom rom..

give a try with ICS la.. suitable for daily use.. super smooth and fast.. no issue so far..

yup.. same here.. nvr face that kind of problem.. actually i didnt face any issues yet for now..

its depend on which ICS Rom u want to use.. too many ICS Rom now to choose

i'm now using ICSSGS RC4.2 + Semaphore ICS 0.9.1 kernel.. link u can click on my signature..
almost a month with this rom with no issues at all.. stable for daily use.. about other rom u can ask other people

not really sure what happen to u.. and how it happen since mine is ok after sync with google at 1st time flash ICS..
but maybe this 2 option can help u.. either u try play with "Contacts to Display" or u go to any duplicate contacts, then edit.. then press "Join" option.. and merge the duplicate contact..

or u can manage ur contacts by using PC..

this is known issues for ported ICS for now..

well referring to its feature.. Calender Sync should fully working.. and during synchronizing.. all working also.. contacts and also calendar..

the question is, i never add any event to calendar yet.. but i do put like birthday, anniversary inside contacts.. and it should be sync with calendar also (in gingerbread yes).. is this work with THS?

Added on March 7, 2012, 2:51 ami just got a solution for those who got an issue with contacts event (such as birthday) not sync inside calendar apps..

actually birthdays are shown in GB because this data is in MyCalendar of samsung. And this is what i did..

From your PC:
1) Go to google contacts web (https://www.google.com/contacts)
2) Log in of course
3) Inside there u'll see all ur contacts, leave it in peace.. then press "Calendar" lin (located at upper screen)
4) or just go to google calendar web (https://www.google.com/calendar/)
5) At Calendar web, u'll see there's "My Calendars" & Other Calendars at menu located at left screen
6) You'll see "Contacts birthday and events" and Malaysian Holidays inside the Other Calendars
7) Tick at a small box located near the "Contacts birthday and events", and the box will turn into color box.
8) Then go to your phone
9) Go to Calendar apps > Calendars to display > Calendar to sync > Tick on Contacts birthday and events
10) Then it will synchronize and all should work fine now

if u want to have a "Malaysian Holidays" event too inside your calendar, you can choose it also..
