The future of condo is highly complicated but maturing market for condo .

Past years - condo like mushroom sprouted almost every corner where lands of 8 acres or less can accommodate .
Places you never think of are now having mid std condo even dare to charge rm 600k a unit .
Scrap yards Neighbourhood are even having mid high class prices.
Fact is there is no more land in KL CentralBusiness District areas and developers are only able yo explore KL South or KL North n even created areas not link to Bangsar n yet called Bangsar South !!!
Young educated "good life" people who are now age 20s
Children of the flat TV panels iPhone era will not even look at middle lower class condo !! In 10 years time, those lower class condo are bangla flats to these
Young edu KL population .
In 10 years , these 20s age teens will be manly age of 30s. Their attitude n thinking is class class or low class . Not a roof over our heads that so simple idea.
Back to yr Q, honestly it is better if u can afford it - to invest in more higher class condo like Central or others than any mid- Lower class condo anywhere .
Petaling Indah is a very old condo. I seem it constructed n I seen it now . In future - for those who think of renting only got two types of tenants .
Local middle upper or lower class lower ( those migrants who will be KL poorer society) .
As those middle lower class condo start to age -
Their returns n offerings will be unattractive to the muddle higher locals . Only can attract migrants to rent .
Buying a condo these days therefore is not a roof over your head issue . You got to visualise in 10 years time
What sort of KL place is that ?
Just because there are pools in that building don't make it class anymore .
It is the strata of society targeted as
Rich area or poor areas . Sadly n realistically NO ONE will want to rent in a poor area if he can do better it be associated with it .
Therefore - if u can afford to pay more higher installments due to age - due to better income - go get "higher class"
Condo when shopping for condo as it's that simple
A comparison . Two wallets inside two different brands . A LV handbag OR ordinary no brand handbag.
U will rightly guess that the wallet inside that LV bag got more money inside n the types of credit card associated with it.
I buy CENTRAL because I believe it has higher value class n people inside to rent my rates .
Not because a roof over our head.
That's why I keep asking for Central to be well branded n look class n security . With these plus points - only can I ask anything above rm 2000.
If only can rent rm 1000
Then a group of Myanmar to Bangla can rent too.

Yeah , I got what you mean, in summary, you mean if can buy high-class (expensive) condo, so can get high-class tenant. if buy low-class condo/apartment, will only get low class tenant, right?
Maybe you miss out another class, another medium-class condo/apartment or medium-class tenant
Of course, I got got machine gun bullets RM500-600k limit, I go buy landed property lioa lo. I got my dream place which need this minimum bullet
But for now, I am considering this unit because it is undervalue, good location, high-class to get tenanted (hopefully rm900-1000k monthly rental), surrounding okay, ample parking space, easy access to the unit, good renovation and etc la. Also if I miss it, next year everything gotta be more expensive due to GST. But this should be my unit la. Wish me a good deal soon
