QUOTE(Citydude @ Apr 21 2014, 12:00 PM)
The good part of the 3 blocks design of Central is that it don't look overly concrete jungle facade. In fact quite refreshing that each block got its character.
And despite being over thousand plus units all together, it does not look scary density to the point that it look a huge concrete walls of building .

That's the design most important. Some buildings look nice for the moment but don't have lasting look. Being a condo and not office block, the Central can have the look of both office n residential facade combined.

This way, will look more relevant and easy to maintained long run.

Well, time to save money for the Rennovation.
As usual, the things expensive are electrical stuff n furnishings.

CityDude, now you still on first payment or second payment already?

I think all 3 blocks are sharing same car park levels whichever your levels is .., that's why most car Parks are tendam car parks mostly ( one main car park with 2 car parks up down layout)

Side by side layout is luxurious these days as it takes up space .

Hey City, heard that my area increase rental until about rm1600 liao and that is like more than 20 years old apartment. biggrin.gif so new unit, i think should be no problem to get rm1800 laugh.gif

Midfields 2 selling their D block like hot cakes almost sold out within a week launch !

From the forum I read n readers say most units are around rm 530-550k for 1200 plus sq ft apart from that RM499K starting from launch .
Usual 3 rooms 2 baths .

My 731 sq ft soho already rm 498k at launch I bought !

Well CENTRAL GOODIES ARE:

1) our units from car park take lift straight up
No need tiring walking from car park block n many car park tiers for those allocated high tiers .

2) CENTRAL is FREEHOLD !!!

3) each block is different style n concept n NOT STD DESIGN LAYOUT N FASCADE

4) Lower Maintenance bills

5) only development there by developer .
MF 1 and MF 2 add up how many units in that area ?
Add if u wish.

Free shuttle etc I wil not list as this service is a service supported by subsidy or later profitable or unable to sustain and may be there or not .

I rather list factual benefits n permanent features.
Our units at central is very expensive to match many nearby developments .
So surely we must act n look more fabulous and not below par the benchmark .

Just that each block of central sold isn't higher than the next block by more than rm 150k onwards which will make buyers rush . Instead our 3 blocks are sold without much price difference .

How I wish the last block of central is sold rm 250k more so the earlier blocks can show high ROI etc

Once everything completed, we shall know the real sub-sale price brows.gif

6) Near to major highway, BESRAYA, NPE and MEX.
Not sure if anyone interested on this, but my personal experience, the extended Besraya can be used to go to Pandan Indah in less than 10 minutes from Central Residence.
*
wa, really 10 minutes only to Pandan Indah? Cool thumbup.gif

I stayed at midfields 1st phrase for 2 years ,
I know the surrounding areas n pasar malam
On sat there etc
The surrounding are SMI factories, scrapyards, motor repair shops, lorry transport depot etc
I dare not simply walk around those open  areas as at night it is so quiet n most areas are frequent by bangla, indo factory workers etc
I feel not safe walking anywhere along the outside roads !

I shifted to Tmn Gembira here at Gembira Residen . Suddenly the atmosphere is 100% turn around. Here are Chinese families shopping around the pasar MLm or Chinese families children walking along the roads n bright streets n many taxi around Etc no scrapyards here . Terrace houses n other flats n condo are neighbors around the area at overall Tmn Gembira .

Price is one thing to consider . But the community n Neighbour scene is most important to consider.

Hopefully they will build a bridge to Spark mall and Salak South Garden biggrin.gif

that means they are like three days ahead of schedule. if they keep this momentum maybe after 3 months the last few floors will be totally completed earlier than anticipated
those are old pictures long time ago. maybe they screwed up something and uploaded old pics
