My present rented Midfields where ALL 3 blocks
( green, red, orange) share common things like two pools
( rectangle and round pool) and common car park complex and car park roof top garden and anyone can walk around the garden or park or use the common gym
Common futsal court and common badminton court .
Only the each block A, B, C has its own access card via glass door etc after u enter the glass access door , you can press lift button and stop at any floor and go back to any floor you wish or go back G floor and exit lift n press open button at side wall and exit the main block access glass door .

Then you are back to the common grounds within the midfields .
Problems at Guardhse being place exactly near to main road, if anyone visitor stops at the Guardhse, there is a jam queue because there is no extra road or space to park aside while checking your IC OR Credentials.
Especially if move in lorries or contractors entering pass Guardhse while waiting, especially mornings- there is the jam just to enter .

Of course during working days ( Monday to Friday) when coming out of midfields jln sungei kawi and 
Trying to join the main highway ( down to Midv from upper Connaught road) the road is jam jam packed even at 7 am !!!! This jam till 10.30 am over at least !!!

So it's bullshit if anyone says during
Workdays when exit jln Sungei Kawi ( midfields) to main highway to Midv is 5min or 10 min is rubbish !!!!!

At least 45 min or more and not sure as its bumper to bumper crawl etc down to lower down road to reach  Midv
Every morn from 6.45am onwards !!!

wow, midfield not bad ya, got futsal and badminton court. hopefully central residence also got the same facility. i like futsal and badminton ma biggrin.gif

Nobody use the futsal cement courts
Almost deserted n the tall iron gates are rusting ... If u ask any success executive after work or weekend, whether they got time or mood to play in the futsal - the answer is
"NO" . .. Common sense la. Everybody dead tired after work n jam back home. Unless u r office boy you really really already bush out n only want dinner

Any project above 800 units it will be a night mare n everything will be worn out in no time unless there is strict supervision and rules .

I am not sure what type of mgt does Yuk Tung being repute for ... Anyone know of their past mgt of condo n housing after delivery ???

Awards are just a emblem n does not guarantee rentals ...
We all know SUNRISE is super condo mgt company . They really manage very well their condo under them .
From security to the public services to the amenities in working order from
Pools to courts to fountains to roads to toilets to services for senior citizens .. Even have special parking for washing cars n provide free water for washing cars .
U only bring car detergent n cloth etc the water hose is provided. There is also contract car washing services .
Pools are heated too ... Super lightings for all areas from pools to inner roads to corridors Etc heavy CCTV ..

I hope CENTRAL is planning for all these services
Otherwise, its just a large density blocks ...

I just signed the S&P yesterday for The Court. The lawyer told me the developer not even start the piling. The sales man told me next year end will be completed.. I doubt.

Has anyone start to serve the interest?

Not even start the pilling? I saw now already until 6-7 levels already lo. Are you sure? hmm.gif

I heard some already start to pay interest liao since Dec 2012.

That's why I said it over n over
The rental must high or else why must I take soho instead of residential ?
Yet smaller size ... Our soho can pay for a 3 Rm condo ...
Yuk Tung must better promote the soho as class std or else we r in deep shit trying to find tenants

We charge RM 1800 is already a 3 room good std Condo
So the reason why they willing to pay so highest must be due that Central is so high class n so beautiful!

If CENTRAL is just any joe soho, we are in deep shit trying find tenant ....don't forget that tenants can prefer central centrina n courts instead of soho since the soho is small unit n cannot used as family unit ...
For RM 1800 can take up good office Space in shop house at KUCHAI avenue shops etc.

So far. Did anyone hear from frens about a award winning soho coming around Salak south Sungei Besi area call central soho ?????

U tell me ...

By 2014/15 ending. There will be at least top grade condo within that area eg Leafz, seringin , le yuan, ARTE , midfields , palace condo, Z residence, central courts, centrina, 288 condo, Gembira Residenz etc

Why must anyone want pay RM1800 for below 800 sq ft if they can get a 1500 sq ft. Or 1300 sq ft ???


Now u know why I insist that Central Soho must really be famous as solid office soho and not leave to us to promote. ....

Thanks ashchia for the update. I was at MV last weekend, still can see the sales booth. The salesman also told me that next year end will be completed for the court. I am wondering

Ngaisteve1, u a lot of time confuse people.

What you see level 6-7 levels is SOHO phase 1 construction stage.

For the Courts is still in piling stage because the courts start selling later than SOHO. the developer will only start construction after a minumum percentage sold. If not, they have to come out with their own money to build first. If all units sold out, then they can progressive claim the buyer

After a week from the day i took the photos, i went to the site again. Not much progressive in a week and i am wonder what is actually going on inside the site. I managed to drive and stop at the another side of road and saw a wide open gate. I managed to take some photos and saw they have finished removed the old frame which was left over from last fail developer. I saw a machine look like doing the piling work now for The Court.

A few photos for your reference. I will check again in next month to see which progressive level they have reach.

Will appreciate if someone can follow up from time to time.
