 the setting i used is 1/20, iso 12800, F 4.0.. hand shooting, no long tripod.. the light only the small led light above, room light off.. any comment of the way to improve? the focus is superman

after 3 days of following this thread.. and doing some research.. i ended up getting myself a nex-7k with 50mm prime.. big hole in my pocket now.. i like most of aspects of the camera.. from nikon DSLR.. now things are lot lighter for me..
hopefully can learn from all the sifus here.
