My car just past 3 months aniversary... and... just got rear-ended at LDP this morning while crusing smoothly at 80km/h. Just out of sudden hear car emergency brake from behind... and bang. Look at a brighter side, I got to test for myself the rear impact protection and headrest restraint system, it really works.

My rear bumper (together with my mugen lip ) koyak clips broken, bonnet cover metal part kena a bit (luckily the glass part and the lamps not affected), the rear part of the body frame distorted inwards (bonnet cannot close properly and can see bigger gap on both side of the lid after closing).

Can claim the other car insurance, but....

1) No car to use for a period of time and my job requires me to be on the road almost daily.
2) I cannot claim for the Mugen rear bumper lip..... and worst still... I cannot just purchase the rear bumper lip by itself because it has to come in a full complete set

What a start for the new year for me...

Just look on the bright side, at least you are safe and it has proven that the safety features work

rent a car and claim via insurance...

Oh pls send your car to authorise Honda workshop RODA BB the best for repair so your warranty stays..

Right after accident, I already called Honda Assist and they gave me a list of authorised panel workshop to go. Will take your advise and go for RodaBB.

Go to Angkasa Motor at Jln Ipoh they will bring you to RODA BB it is better

what is ur interest rate when u bought this car ? which bank can provided the cheapest interest rate ? last time i check with SA is 2.5x% but one seller in mudah can provide 1.75%

Depends on how long you take the loan also...

i also found the 1.75% advertisement.....i went about 4 honda showroom and they tell me it 2.5%...now waiting 4 loan approval...i think most bank offer 2.5% la...

bro, the mudah advertisement is a bit misleading. but i oso bought from tat saleperson (Kong).

the offer is either u choose 5k rebate or freebies or 1.75% interest rate.

I got offer from Old Klng Road MBB (intro by salesperson) at 2.52%, the loan approve in 3 days, apply on wed sign LO on Fri, quite fast!

The new ruling from BNM starts effective 1st Jan this year.. Car loan will be much harder for those who barely earn enough to qualify for loans. 6 months pay slip needed the last I heard

Take care Bro. Better go bk to honda for repair. Dun send to outside repair shop... from my previous 2 incidents, outside repair shop use poor spray/lacquer... poor quality. The only good about them is they could probably rent u a car for free and settle the police reporting for you.
