is it ok to buy insight now?or should think abt facelift?

My car just past 3 months aniversary... and...    just got rear-ended at LDP this morning while crusing smoothly at 80km/h. Just out of sudden hear car emergency brake from behind... and bang. Look at a brighter side, I got to test for myself the rear impact protection and headrest restraint system, it really works.

My rear bumper (together with my mugen lip  ) koyak clips broken, bonnet cover metal part kena a bit (luckily the glass part and the lamps not affected), the rear part of the body frame distorted inwards (bonnet cannot close properly and can see bigger gap on both side of the lid after closing).

Can claim the other car insurance, but....

1) No car to use for a period of time and my job requires me to be on the road almost daily.
2) I cannot claim for the Mugen rear bumper lip..... and worst still...        I cannot just purchase the rear bumper lip by itself because it has to come in a full complete set   

What a start for the new year for me...

Current Jazz owner sure curse like hell. Theirs 105K++.

But thats the risk of getting new technology. I remembered early owner of Civic hybrid paid 178K for their ride, when 2 years later the price plunge to 11xK only. Curse also no use.

We will also face the same risk if honda price their coming 1.5 Insight sub 100k.
But for me, losing features is normal. Its ok if the retail price for the model maintain.

Honestly, am not very sure of it as hasn't seen the car, no showroom car(s) available yet.  But my understanding from SA is, it's just like the facelift version you see on the Japan Honda website.  And this round's facelift, for M'sia, there will be one new colour, more to silverish grey - according to my SA.

May i know which SC u get consulted? But i think some of the SC won't let us do that.

Cost USD69 without shipping cost yet. Color can choose. Can ship to Malaysia. Bought mine already(Total USD97 :- tracking, insurance(USD10) and shipping cost to M'sia(USD18)) - not cheap

I love this car... Planning to get one yet. Still not sure what car I would prefer before doing any test drive. One of the car in my mind now.
