Guys I wan to check with u ... open camera apps can u.. top of the screen got a grey color line? Anyone?

just become new user today , less than 3 hour.anyone know how to enable the 3g network??my network bar very low.try my sim card with out phone got 3.5g network.Do i need to configure or enable anything?
