Remove brakes, shifters, use single chainring. Use slicks. Remove seat. What else biggrin.gif Sure can go alot faster.

First give a nice bike wash , dirts and oil will contribute the the overall feel. Lubricate all the important parts like chain, Cassette, pedal, BB if require. If this still don't solve your problem. Jog more and come back cycle later. Still heavy? time to upgrade .smile.gif

Blur lt , 575 or tracer. Nuff said. I'd go for blur lt as d bike for kiara. Can support 140-160mm
