Sigh...TIME connection so unstable for me at my office. But very weird situation. My office has Unifi and TIME. However, TIME internet on WIFI (connect using Ethernet no problem) becomes very unstable from 3PM to 5PM everyday without fail. Even after changing router to an Asus gigabit N router with 3 super huge antenna also fail...

why not ready?

how long to be ready?

the whole of setapak area don't have any Time, is it because of infrastructure issue? since it is 100% Fibre claim, does that mean that Time do not own any of the fibre in Setapak?

Hi Bro...how's going on..of course I remember you....smile.gif

Actually TIME does have infra near Setapak area, range from Jln Tun Razak, Jln Pahang & across Jln Genting Klang.

But this infra is currently serving Dedicated Leased Line or P2P Leased Line, which cannot be used to serve the FTTX (FTTH / FTTO).

I'd estimate it's going to be at least another 6 months or longer before it actually starts covering Wangsamaju & Setapak area.

Bro, check my PM.... Cheers smile.gif

Hi Bro, sorry le.... this kind of fibre cannot be leased for FTTX use (yr house will be FTTH)...

Even if Time agrees to lease 1 core, the price is sky rocket ... tongue.gif

That has been the standard results for the past 3 weeks or so.

If you recall I did complain about issues with the routing to Singapore a few months back which Time fixed. At the time the issue was happening I was suffering from 180-200ms pings to Singapore but after the fix it went down to 40-50ms. About 3 weeks ago it shot back up to 80-100ms.

I really hope Time can circumnavigate the routing so that skips 116.51.3.14 which I think is the culprit.
