Hi i am interested in TIMES Fibre Home Broadband Packages

But i am also curious if it is possible to use other brands router, if can use what are the settings needed to set it up?

I am staying in a apartment called: Pangsapuri D'Cahaya, Puchong Area ~ i know TIMES is not available yet here as even Unifi was only available in December 2013 but they're using the existing Building's telephone copper cables only.

Wonder if you have any plans for this apartment?

The replacement router for Time Broadband is Asus And TP Link model. Kindly check your Pm for setup detail.
