Hmmm I've not subscribed to it. That's why I was wondering if I have to commit RM10 per month if I take up this offer, or if it's pay-as-you-use which I prefer.

Perhaps there was a mistake in the order processing (always happen....LOL).

Sorry to inform that time fibre is not ready for landed property .

I just had my Time Fibre at my new place!
I'm really glad that @yeapch01 is giving a lot of advice and sharing the knowledge with me
The service of the Time Fibre now is still satisfying, the installer came on time of the appointment and did a nice work!
If you need any advice on Time Fibre, I would recommend @yeapch01 cos he is fast respond n knowledgable

I need advice here. I have signed up for astro iptv plus 10mbps Time broadband early this year on one year contract. But next month I will be away from Malaysia for about 3 months with noone at home.

Can I ask Astro/Time to on hold the service for this 3 months and prolong the contract? Pls advice.

Your account is IPTV, which is under Astro, if your contract is already over, yes you can have temp service suspension, please give Astro IPTV Customer Service ( 03 9543 1543) a call to request for this.
