Any plan TIME to expand until East Coast?

For FTTX, not at this moment & perhaps not in the near future too. For your further info, even though Time would love to accommodate all requests for its consumer broadband services, but they are only able to serve multi-dwellings units, such as condos/apartments.

TIME agents, have you heard of the recent cost to new customers of condos who have to pay a special fee for installation? My condo is one of them I have to pay RM500 to patch up the manhole works or something like that. Other condos have to pay more.
I heard Regalia has to pay RM1800 per customer. Any work around this?

Yes lately, in fact a couple of months ago, there are lots of condos especial in Klang Valley area, which incur additional cost for new customers. We call these buildings as 'problematic buildings' ... lol

Please be advised that for Standard Rate for Kiara Ville condo is RM200.

Please also take note that this fee is not payable to Installer, you will need to agree with it & then the Sales Personnel will make a Remark, and this fee will be charged into your Time Bill.

A lot earlier, yes you are right, some customers are requested to pay for quite a large amount if they wish to have the Instalaltion done.

Currently Time is working on a more acceptable solutions.

Is there any coverage around Setapak area?
Plaza Prima Setapak to be specific. Any plans on moving in that direction? Coz got a lot of multi story apartments and condos.

Any additional charges for 12 months contract? (I know it only FOC installation for 2 years contracts).

Is AnggunPuri (Dutamas) in the coverage zone? Is there any additional charges other than the installation fee (as highlighted by you guys with some problematic buildings)?
What is the typical waiting period to have someone come over for installation? Looking to have it set up by this week if possible!

Yes AnggunPuri is ready for service. Unfortunately this building also incurs additional cost, which is RM250.
