The developer are not going to do anything after your earlier complaint to them? Can they beautify and 'conceal' the compressor area so that it will not an eye sore? Tribunal only handle cases which are not beyond certain value. SPA may contains clauses which allow them to change their design.

According to my friend, after VP, the agent can get all owner contact number and name. Of course need to pay some money.

From your first picture, it seems HSC delivery quality is not acceptable for such expensive and high end development. Zoom and look carefully into the edge of timber deck and pool tiles. The gap not consistent , from small gap all the way to bigger gap. Secondly is the timber deck joining. The joining lines not inline. The joining lines does not form continously edge to edge. Not sure during VP can you guys complaints in common facilities. But at this kind of price tag the quality delivery should be much refine.

Hmmm you are right. I thought Putra Perdana famous for top quality geh? This seems like a simple and straight forward error leh.

personally i think the facade looks too busy.
gives me a headache by looking at it.
even the entire facilities deck looks too busy from above.
i still prefer resort style themed deck.
this to me looks a bit strong and futuristic.
but overall, looks expensive.

and gotta salute you guys for noticing such small fine prints of qualities.
let's judge the actual product later lah.

Hmm, the buildings look good for me, maybe I called it special rather than nice bcz it looks a bit like corporate offices but some facilties area looking good.

Concur that the facade really made my eyes blur.

Visited outside when I having my breakfast at Oasis last week, same as looking at the photo, the facade looks too strong and busy.

I think it looks busy now without those hanging garden. Once they put the plants all im pretty sure it will look more peaceful and serene. Just my personal view la.

Also, when I passed by the other day can see some equipments in the gym already. Really wanna see the interior progress. Dunno will turn out like the video on facebook or not.

My S&P was dated 3 sep 2012 so 36 months will be up in 2-3 weeks. Are they paying LAD if no vp by then?

Read the DIBS letter given by developer, they will bear the loan interest for 36 months from S&P date or vp date whichever is earlier. Does it mean that if they are late for 1 month then they would not pay the DIBS....but will pay the LAD?

Gym pics are available on the website. Looks really nice!

On second thought, its nice but very basic lah. No olympic bars and benches. Only suitable for light training. Sigh, looks like gonna have to continue paying for gym.
