but now i change to ssd ady~ my pc still hv the same problem~ do u know why??

yes can get 320 series otherwise just upgrade to latest

i don't know why bro without seeing it with my own eyes
could be you got too many startup stuffs loaded or slow mobo bios
swap to other SATA port
make sure device managers doesn't show any exclamation marks means all hardware have driver installed.
lastly get a another mobo to try.

just finished reformat and done all optimized setting from the front page

- flash to latest firmare
- update mobo chipset driver
- update Intel RST driver

just finished upgrade firmware and chipset driver and RST but still cant achieve ur results
