hey guys.. imei number on my pro hav 15 characters but sony wan 14 characters only to provide unlocking bootloader code.. which number need to remove ar??

one more thing, can i install cwm without unlocking bootloader??
i wan ics on my phone next month la..

download this archive and extract its contents.

using root explorer :
copy ALL the contents of the system folder (system/bin and system/xbin) to /system (system/bin and system/xbin respectively) ..
then give 755 permissions to those files, especially to /system/bin/chargemon, or you'll get bootloop ..
double check everything before rebooting ..



when booting your phone and when the 'Sony Ericsson' logo appear ..
press and release continuously the volume down button / back button to acces the CWM ..
if can't, try rebooting again but this time slide your finger in the touch screen until the the CWM recovery appear ...

* don't use this recovery if u're not in stock 2.3 firmware ..

guys, any news on ics? did the neo V and others have already got their ics?
if sony delay neo V ics update, our phone (neo and pro) might as well been delayed.

meanwhile, xperia play got their beta ics. sony release official ICS beta for xperia play

sony have to make the ICS as clean as possible. or else it will hurt the phone performance. xperia is a great phone with great function (dlna, 3d album, etc) but how many of us really use them? i rarely use them, and i think those function should be install by those who want it, not by default. i know some people love timescape, but i rarely use them. same goes to xperia hot shot app, uefa.com app, photoshop express, moxier pro, mcaffee security, business centre app and many other bloatware.
i love wisepilot though.

rarely use google maps but many of app require google maps such as foursquare and wisepilot. never use google latitude, why use latitude when foursquare is more fun? google navigation? we have wisepilot for that. the weather widget is there on default and i never remove them. not that i read the weather forecast but having it as widget on my wallpaper seem nice.
