Rooting allow you to install map with navigation in malaysia!
Custom rom that i'm using now Rocket Rom V15 has 14 toggle button.
look at the print screen.

personally i like the extra button data, airplane, and lockscreen (disable lock screen when i use the original flip case) swipe on the toggle bar to the right to see more of the buttons.
can directly go to their individual setting by long press.

on custom rom, got slower slow speed. stock is 200mhz, custom rom is 100mhz.. when the phone is idling on custom rom, save battery juice.

next is under volting.. after root and custom rom, can undervolt the CPU voltage.. but i haven't test it out yet.

Samsung never released official change logs on all their firmware

yeah, going thru here and there on the note with 2.3.6...yeah it is subtly smoother, "tighter", more responsive...subtle, but noticable...

yup same here, have found that after update to 2.3.6 all things have bcome smother compared to 2.3.5.

Yup, using the original..perhaps it better for me to reinstall ths app?

Before this the trial ended and the app stopped consuming batt. After I activated the product, this started again..i'm suspecting it could be some background data..

I flashed AbyssNote kernel Powertweaks) but it didn't have that extra Toggle button like RocketRom.
So - how is it possible to have that tweaks while maintaining with my current custom Rom?

What abt battery life on 2.3.6 ?

I noticed there's a big different btwn power saving mode on and Off .

guys failed to upgrade to new firmware. 2 times

which part i`m wrong.??? btw my phone rooted + CWM .is it becoz of that.??? need help...

Updating OTA is often like this. Just try again . Rooted and with CWM doesn't affect it
Since you are rooted and with CWM, why bother to update through KIES. Just download the latest firmware from sammobile.com or through XDA and flash it yourself
