I'm using abyss kernal with stock rom. Can i update thru kies?

I have a question here.How long does you all galaxy note last after one full charge?mine is around 9-10 hours..with arrd 2-3 hours on wifi..is that normal?

im easily got 1 1/2 day with full charge. You need to calibrate i think. btw, im using Rocket Rom v17 LA1 + Modem LA3 and Abyss Kernel 3.1.

Updated to LA1...via ODIN...gave up on KIES...

update using wifi it said 9.5Mb..how come it become 68mb ey. and is it need to pull out memory card to update coz i cant update use OTA,it failed
