Checked with Customs d...We have to pay the amount stated in the tax invoice...For commecial title, regardless whether purchase before or after GST implementation will kena GST. Only for Residential title won't kena GST. cry.gif

Can someone share a screenshot of the front page of the S&P agreement from the lawyer? Need help coz i can't seem to find mine..thx a lot!

Dear V12 Phase 2, my suggestion
can we unite and protest for our rights. Together we are, changes possible to achieve!!! perhaps, we create a Whatapps group for easy connectivity
Well, Phase 1 owners have done so & it helps alot....good idea to me.

Remember,,,8-12k its huge $$ & i believe its our hard earn $$....dun let go down the drain, i meant d so called GST!!

Only commercial property and land worth over RM2mil and are sold by individuals after October last year are required to pay the 6% goods and services tax (GST).



Read carefully, word by word. The key word is "Sold by individuals". What it meant "by individual is:-

I am the owner and I sell it to you.

There is a different when LYL sell a unit to you. So we still had to pay the GST cry.gif
