Hi all,
I received letter from LYL that need to pay GST for phase2.... Anyone has received and clarify it?

I received and it mentioned the next payment plus GST, in the letter it mentioned the selling price plus GST, I not sure how it will affect the installment actually.... I try to ask the agent but the agent was not aware of this sad.gif

u havent received the letter? i saw the letter is confusing too.... i just call LYL and they ask me look for Amy for GST query, hopefully could clear the doubts, GST of my house is around RM11k...I wonder how they make calculation and how to collect it....this wasnt inform to me when i bought the house....T------------------T

i just call LYL and they said due date is by today $@#%$@%#^^$%....money gone man.....how come we need pay this when we already pre-purchase? any expert can explain to me?

I wonder this could be rent out in future anot 😩, she told me the expected hand over is next year June.... No GST on maintenance n sinking fund

how could they ensure all buyer able to paid.... ? sweat..... today is the due date...need to call LYL again ask for bank account....mine is around 12k.......now i kinda regret on this property.....hmm...i thought this was pre-purchase and wouldnt imposed GST....zzzz..funny is they told me they dono GST is coming...joke....=.=, this charges is starting from 2(d), so they complete in not even a month? or just merely dragging to charge us? im confuse with the calculation:-

Buyer : amount exclude GST 2640 + GST 158
Bank :amount exclude GST 44000 + GST 2640

How come bank disbursed amount with GST? and we need pay GST on top of the GST?

Require expert clear the doubt~~

Bank disbursed 150k < no gst.

after April:
Bank disbursed 50k on april > buyer pay gst 6% to developer

Bank disbursed 50k on sept > buyer pay gst 6% to developer
