i think might need to do some simple reno/partitioning then easier to rent out.. for the price range rental mentioned by ospair then i'm happy too.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Installment I believe will not affect as I had previously checked with the bank.

Only during construction for phase 2, we need pay the gst to developer if not mistaken.

My problem now is duno how to pay the developer and when....

I received the letter but the letter send back to my hometown so I could not read it on spot.

My GST cost around RM8-9K also....

The calculation should be those stage haven't complete yet.

eg : Total Construction Stage = 10
Current Stage = 4
Still got 6 stage to go, then the amount of each stage of this will be charge GST 6%

Above is just my understanding... not 100% sure and need someone to clarify also...

But in their SPA point 5.3, I found below :
"The purchaser shall pay to the Vendor any installment(s) due including any payable tax within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Vendor's written notice advising for payment"

so with the above point stated in SPA, I believe we cant avoid paying the GST already rite ?

Yea, I understand that, but for under construction commercial property, the GST will be imposed and it is depends on the SPA whether the tax is paid by buyer or vendor. In this case we buyer have to pay the tax when the tax invoice issued to us as in SPA written rite ?
